UTV Motion Pictures seems to be on a production spree in Kollywood. Its 'Mugamoodi' hit the screens on Friday, and it will be followed by another big release, Vikram starrer 'Thaandavam', later this month.
Next in the line is 'Settai', a multistarrer, which is a remake of Hindi hit 'Delhi Belly'. The teaser of 'Settai' was screened during the interval of 'Mugamoodi' and it managed to grasp the attention of the audience.Directed by Kannan of 'Jayamkondan' and 'Kanden Kadhalai' fame, 'Settai' has Arya, Hansika Motwani, Anjali, Premgi Amaran and Santhanam in lead roles.
The Hindi version had some 'explosive' scenes and dialogues and the director of the Tamil version has taken extra care to dilute the content and make it fit for a family watch. The film is nearing completion.
